具有不同益生功能益生菌的分离筛选及功能评价；益生菌-肠道微生物-宿主互作在高血脂等代谢病发病中的作用机制；运用不同组学手段（代谢组、基因组）探究益生菌缓解代谢性疾病的作用机制。
